Incoming Mail Server Type: POP3
Outgoing Mail Server Type: SMTP

Incoming Mail Server: mail.lvnworth.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.lvnworth.com

Your Account/Email user name is your entire email address i.e. johndoe@lvnworth.com
Be sure to enable authentication for your outgoing mail server.

Incoming Mail Server Port: 110
Outgoing Mail Server Port: 25 or 8025*
Use SSL: No

* Use port 8025 when connecting remotely from an ISP that blocks port 25

Open Eudora

Click on TOOLS >OPTIONS

Click CATEGORY

Type Name

Leave Return Address Blank

Mail Server (incoming): mail.lvnworth.com

SMTP Server (outgoing): smtp.lvnworth.com

Click OK

Eudora 5.x is now ready

IMPORTANT: All logon and password information is case sensitive Depending on which PPP dialer you are using you may not need all of the following information. Please make sure you are not using SLIP.

Open Netscape Email

Click on EDIT > MAIL & NEWSGROUPS ACCOUNT SETTINGS

Click NEW ACCOUNT

ACCOUNT WIZARD

Select the type of account you would like to setup:

ISP or email provider > Next

Enter Your Name and lvnworth.com email address > Next

Incoming Server - POP

Server Name - mail.lvnworth.com > Next

Enter User Name (i.e. your email address)>Next

Account Name - smtp.lvnworth.com > Next

Finish

Email Settings Outlook 2002

Open Outlook 2002

Select "Tools" from the menu bar, then Select "E-mail Accounts".

Under the "E-mail" heading, be sure that "Add a new e-mail account" is selected by clicking on the appropriate circle. Then click "Next" button in the bottom right hand of the window.

The next screen will appear, asking you to choose the type of server.

Select "POP3" by clicking on the circle next to "POP3", and then click the "Next" button in the bottom right hand of the window.

On the next screen, you will be asked for your e-mail settings:

Under "User Information"

Your Name: John Doe

E-mail Address: johndoe@lvnworth.com

Under "Server Information":

Your incoming mail server is mail.lvnworth.com
Your outgoing mail server is smtp.lvnworth.com

Under "Logon Information": Enter in the User Name (full email address) and Password that was issued to you by Leavenworth Online

Click the "Next >" button in the bottom right hand of the window.

When the next window opens, click the "Finish" button in the bottom right hand of the window.

Now to retrieve your mail, in the Outlook 2002 window, choose "Tools" from the menu bar, then select "Send and Receive".

Open Outlook 2000

Click on TOOLS > ACCOUNTS > MAIL Tab

Click on ADD > MAIL

If this is your first account added in Outlook Express, the Wizard may start automatically.
See instructions below:

Type your Display Name > Click Next

Select "I already have an e-mail I'd like to use" and put in your lvnworth.com email

(i.e. myemail@lvnworth.com) > Click Next

My Incoming Mail Server is a POP3

Incoming Mail Server (POP2, IMAP, HTTP Server) Type: mail.lvnworth.com

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) Type: smtp.lvnworth.com

Click Next

Type Account Name - your email address

Type Password

You may have a check next to Remember Password

DO NOT have a check next to anyother option

Click Next

Click Finish

Click Close

Open Outlook 97

Click on TOOLS > SERVICES > INTERNET E-MAIL

(If you do not have an Internet email option > Click ADD > INTERNET EMAIL > OK)

"Enter the name you would like to refer to these server by":

Type mail.lvnworth.com

User Information:

Name: Type your Name

E-mail Address: Type your lvnworth email (i.e. myemail@lvnworth.com)

You May Leave Organization and Reply Address Blank

Type your Display Name (IE John Doe) > Click Next

Go To SERVERS Tab:

Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.lvnworth.com

Incoming Mail (POP3): smtp.lvnworth.com

LOGON Information:

Account Name: lvnworth email

Enter Password

DO NOT check "Logon using Secure Password Authentication"

If you are a dial-up Customer otherwise skip to last line:

Go to CONNECTION Tab

Check "I use a modem to access my email"

Use the following Dial-Up Networking Connection: lvnworth

Go to ADVANCED Tab

Please DO NOT have any boxes checked

Click APPLY

Click OK

On the SERVICES Window > Click APPLY (if possible) > Click OK

Open Outlook XP

Click on TOOLS > EMAIL ACCOUNTS

Under Email Accounts > Select "ADD A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT" > Click NEXT

Under Server Type > Select "POP3" or "IMAP" > Click NEXT

Under Internet E-mail Settings complete the following:

USER Information:

Your Name: i.e. John Doe

Email Address: i.e. johndoe@lvnworth.com

SERVER Information:

Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.lvnworth.com

Outgoing Mail Server (POP3): smtp.lvnworth.com

LOGON Information:

User Name: i.e. johndoe@lvnworth.com

Password: ******** (Your Assigned Password, Passwords are case sensitive.)

You may check: Remember Password.

DO NOT CHECK: Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)

Put a check next to "My Server Requires Authentication" in reference to the Outgoing Mail Server

Click NEXT > Click FINISH

Type Password (passwords are case sensitive)

Put a check next to "My Server Requires Authentication" in reference to the Outgoing Mail Server.

Click Next > Finish > Close

Type in your Display Name: i.e. John Smith - Click Next
Type in your entire email address: i.e. johnsmith@lvnworth.com - Click Next

Incoming Mail Server (POP3, IMAP, HTTP Server) Type: mail.lvnworth.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) Type: smtp.lvnworth.com
Check the box that states "Outgoing server requires authentication"
Type E-mail Username: i.e. johnsmith@lvnworth.com (this must be your entire lvnworth email address)
Type Password
You may have a check next to Remember Password
Check - "My Server Requires Authentication" in reference to the Outgoing Mail Server
Click Next - Finish - Close
