A penguin that ran away from a zoo in Tokyo earlier this year by climbing a 13-foot wall recently was spotted in Tokyo Bay. Kazuhiro Sakamoto of the Tokyo Sea Life Park said, "It didn't look like it has gotten thinner over the past two months, or been without food. It doesn't seem to be any weaker. So it looks as if it's been living quite happily in the middle of Tokyo Bay." Officials feared the penguin would be hit by a ship or not be able to find enough food, but it has outsmarted them all by surviving – and has continued to elude capture.
