ADVERTISING / SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

DUTIES: Successful candidate will bring energy and experience to the position of Account Manager. The position includes the opportunity to grow our customer base offering multiple services for a diverse and expanding company. The role of Account Manager requires a “hands-on” individual who can work in a fast paced environment and cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS: Completed high school with well developed speaking and writing skills. An emphasis will be placed upon sales experience. Successful candidate must possess an ability to assess needs and function as a first contact with potential customers before, during and after the point of sale. Must be punctual, maintain a courteous relationship with customers both face to face and over the phone and be eager to take on additional responsibilities.

TITLE: Installer/Internet Help Desk Technician (Part Time/Full Time…depending on applicant)

LOCATION: Leavenworth Online, 844 N Main Street, Lansing, KS 66043

PAY RATES: $6.50 - $11.00 per hour

DUTIES: Successful candidate will have the necessary knowledge and experience to install network and computer equipment at customer sites. Additional duties are to answer customer queries via phone and email, take payments, make correct change, and keep accurate books/receipts. Assist customers to signup for online service. Accurately enter customer information. Provide directions and instruction concerning Internet setup, Internet access, and email via telephone.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates possessing Technology Certification or commensurate work experience will be give priority. Completed high school with well developed speaking and writing skills. An emphasis will be placed upon network installation experience. Successful candidate must possess a good understanding of computer networking in general and Windows operating systems in particular and excellent knowledge of the Internet, resources, and web sites. Must be punctual, maintain a courteous relationship with customers both face to face and over the phone and be eager to take on additional responsibilities. Must be able to maintain the integrity and privacy of customer’s personal information and handle equipment/money in a highly responsible manner.

Accurately enter customer information. Provide directions and instruction concerning Internet setup, Internet access, and email via telephone.
